(xi)To verify the identity of sellers when purchasing secondhand articles under the Secondhand Articles Dealer Act
(xii) To send campaign and other information to customers who have used the Company (direct mail and brochures)
(xiii)To decide whether to employ job candidates of the Company or not
(It is personal information in a curriculum vitae, resume, and other documents for recruitment. Information of those not employed will be discard within six (6) months after they are submitted to the Company.)

We have established implementation rules and develop an implementation system for security control and take other adequate security precautions for the handling of customer information, and we also always take appropriate steps to make the information accurate and up-to-date.However, we are subject to disclose personal information to our partner companies and outsourcing contractors according to business necessity. In this case, we make sure said the partner the partner companies and outsourcing contractors strictly manage personal information as described above. We encrypt data using the Secure Sockets Layer (SSL) when they are communicated between a customer and the Company via the Internet.

If customer requests for disclosure of one’s own information, unless necessary to do otherwise, we will correspond to said request by verifying the identity of requesting customer.
In the case that customer’s information is inaccurate, or if customer changed the information to correct information on his/her own, please contact us at the below inquiry counter so that we can change said information to the correct information.
